The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of submitting quotations for the provision of organisational establishment, operating model development, function transfer, and workforce transition support services for the Transport Economic Regulator (TER). The aim is to facilitate effective organisational restructuring and workforce management to support TER’s operational and strategic goals.
