The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply and deliver laptops for lecturers at Oudtshoorn Campus of South Cape TVET College. The aim is to ensure that lecturers are equipped with suitable, up-to-date laptops that meet the college’s ICT standards, thereby supporting effective teaching and administrative functions.
The scope encompasses the procurement, supply, and delivery of laptops that conform to specified technical and quality standards. The service provider must provide the laptops along with incidental services such as installation, commissioning, training, and technical support as required by the college’s ICT policy. The delivery will be to the Oudtshoorn Campus within the stipulated timeframe, adhering to the specifications outlined in the tender documentation.
The laptops must meet the college’s approved ICT policy standards and include all recent design and performance improvements.
