The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for supplying license renewal services for AMS360 software for a period of two years. The organization aims to ensure continuous licensing, support, and management of AMS360 to facilitate effective operations, reporting, and asset tracking within the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS).
