  • Participation of traditional leadership and local stakeholders in the analysis process.

Skills and Experience Requirements

The successful service provider must demonstrate:

  • Resource Leader: A Master's degree in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields with at least 10 years’ experience in strategic economic analysis, socio-economic research, stakeholder management, and rural development.
  • Senior Economist: Degree/Honours in Economics or related with 7+ years’ experience in economic research, policy analysis, and development planning.
  • Rural Development Specialist: Degree in Rural Development or Agriculture with 5+ years’ experience in rural livelihoods, community development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • GIS/Spatial Analyst: Degree/Diploma in GIS/Spatial Planning with 5+ years’ experience in spatial mapping and analysis.
  • Field Researchers/Assistants: Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years’ experience in socio-economic data collection and fieldwork.

All key personnel must have proven experience in rural economic analysis, stakeholder facilitation, GIS mapping, and working with public sector and traditional communities.
