The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop EISA/FISA assessment instruments, including exam scripts and marking memos, for Registered Occupational Qualifications. The SME will also ensure that candidate scripts are marked and moderated to meet the requirements of the QCTO and SASSETA, facilitating the recognition of learners as practitioners in their respective trades or occupations.
