The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop EISA/FISA assessment instruments, including exam scripts and marking memos, for registered Occupational Qualifications at NQF Level 7 with 295 credits. The SME will also ensure that candidate scripts are marked and moderated effectively, aligning with the QCTO requirements to facilitate the recognition of learners as qualified practitioners.
