The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop External and Internal Summative Assessment (EISA/FISA) instruments, including exam scripts, exemplars, and model answers, aligned with the Occupational Qualification (OQ) for Paralegal at NQF Level 5. Additionally, the SME will provide a comprehensive EISA/FISA Exam Marking Memo to facilitate candidate assessment, marking, and moderation processes, ensuring compliance with QCTO requirements.
