The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable service provider to carry out maintenance of waterproofing in the SABC Free State (Bloemfontein) as a one-off project. The aim is to repair and seal cracks on the building's flat concrete roof slab to prevent leaks, ensure safety, and protect the internal structure of the building.
