Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that the bidder must demonstrate:

    • Minimum NQF Level 8 qualifications in relevant engineering or sciences for key personnel
    • At least 8 years of relevant experience in nuclear safety, regulatory review, or related fields
    • Expertise in areas such as nuclear facilities, ageing management, long-term operation, radioactive waste, siting, environmental science, seismic analysis, and radiological protection
  2. Capability and Methodology:
    • A clear approach and methodology for delivering the services outlined in the scope

    • Provision of qualified personnel with appropriate certifications and registration with statutory bodies
  3. Experience and References:
    • Demonstrated competency through previous projects and client references, including at least three (3) valid client reference letters
