The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of qualified and CIDB-registered contractors (Grade 7CE) to provide maintenance, minor construction, and refurbishment services (civil) at various health facilities across the Free State Province. The initiative aims to address infrastructure backlogs, improve the physical condition of health facilities, and facilitate large-scale employment opportunities for local communities. The framework seeks to enhance access to quality health services by ensuring timely refurbishment and maintenance of health infrastructure over a period of three years.
