The primary objective of this tender is to appoint one or more qualified service providers (not exceeding five) to undertake repairs and maintenance of municipal buildings and facilities. The engagement is for a period of 36 months, with work to be carried out as and when required to ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of municipal infrastructure.
