The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of qualified service providers responsible for the servicing and maintenance of UPS systems and standby generators across Nkangala District Municipality buildings. The engagement is for a period of 36 months, with services to be rendered as and when required, ensuring reliable power backup and operational continuity.
The scope encompasses the provision of servicing and maintenance services for UPS units and standby generators at various municipal buildings within Nkangala District. The services are to be delivered over a period of three years, on an as-and-when-required basis, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of the equipment. The scope also includes compliance with technical standards, reporting, and documentation as specified in the tender.
