Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint qualified professional service providers (PSPs) to oversee the planning, design, construction monitoring, and project close-out of sanitation infrastructure projects in schools within the Eastern Cape Province, specifically Cluster 6. Scope

• Management of project timelines, quality assurance, and contractual obligations to ensure projects progress from inception to full completion within specified timeframes.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Compliance with the scope of work outlined in the tender, including preparation of detailed designs, reports, and construction documentation.
• Provision of multidisciplinary team members with specified minimum experience and professional registration (e.g., Quantity Surveyors, Civil Engineers, Architects, Geotechnical Engineers).
• Demonstration of relevant experience in sanitation projects, infrastructure, or school-based projects within the last three years.
