The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a security service provider to secure unutilized state-owned properties, specifically buildings located at Erf 137 and 138, 36-37 Ridge Road, Port Shepstone. The security service is required for a period of nine (09) months to ensure the safety and protection of these properties within the Southern Region.
