The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver a fully funded revenue enhancement solution combined with an integrated multi-utility prepaid vending system. The project aims to improve revenue collection and utility management efficiency within Ba-Phalaborwa Municipality over a period of three years.
