The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to renew, maintain, and support the Sage 300 People Payroll, HR System, and Direct Hire modules for a period of three years. The organization aims to ensure ongoing system stability, enhance user adoption, support real-time and mobile interactions, integrate additional tools such as WhatsApp notifications, support recruitment workflows, and ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
