The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply and deliver an Advanced Power Quality Analyser that meets specified technical standards and requirements. The solution aims to enable accurate measurement, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of power quality parameters, supporting Msunduzi Municipality’s efforts to ensure reliable electricity supply and address customer complaints related to power quality issues.
The scope encompasses the supply, delivery, installation, calibration, and commissioning of the Advanced Power Quality Analyser, including associated accessories, training of municipal staff, and provision of maintenance support. The equipment will be installed at Msunduzi Electricity Department’s site, with the delivery to be completed within seven days of official order. The project also includes providing software tools, data warehousing, visualization, and training for four municipal technicians.
