The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to deliver an Integrated Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) for a period of three (03) years. The aim is to enhance employee well-being through a comprehensive, coordinated approach that addresses various aspects of health and wellness within the organization.
The scope of the tender encompasses the provision of an integrated employee wellness service, which may include:
The service provider will be responsible for delivering a holistic wellness programme tailored to the needs of the organization’s employees over the three-year period.
