The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for providing support, maintenance, and development/configuration services on the JDE Enterprise One System over a period of three years. This includes supporting existing modules, ensuring all functionalities (including mSCOA compliance), and implementing necessary customisations and enhancements.
