The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for recording and transcription services related to an appeal matter for the Council for Medical Schemes. The aim is to ensure accurate and efficient transcription of appeal proceedings to support the Council's regulatory functions.
The scope of work includes providing transcription services for appeal-related recordings. This encompasses the complete process from recording the appeal proceedings to delivering accurate transcriptions to the Council, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to specified standards.
