Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a Specialist Consultant to perform Business Process Mapping, including Roll-out and Socialisation, aimed at increasing organizational efficiency and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Scope

The scope involves conducting comprehensive Business Process Mapping activities, facilitating the roll-out of improved processes, socialising these processes within the organization, and ensuring that the new processes align with SANParks’ organizational objectives. The scope also includes providing ongoing support and ensuring effective implementation across relevant departments.

Technical Requirements

• Perform detailed Business Process Mapping for identified organizational functions.
• Develop and document optimized business processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement a roll-out plan for the new processes.
• Socialise the new processes through training, workshops, and communication strategies.
• Ensure processes are compliant with relevant policies and standards.
• Provide support during the implementation phase to address challenges and facilitate adoption.
• Deliver comprehensive documentation and reports on process improvements and socialisation activities.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Process Mapping and re-engineering.
• Strong understanding of organizational change management and socialisation strategies.
