The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable service provider to supply, deliver, install, and maintain a Facial Recognition Head Count System across the Eastern Cape Public Libraries for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The system aims to accurately count and provide demographic data (such as gender and age) of library visitors to support library management and community engagement efforts.
