The primary objective of this tender is to appoint three service providers to supply, support, renew, and implement ICT software licenses, enhancements, and maintenance services over a period of 36 months, ensuring the municipality's ICT infrastructure remains current, functional, and supported.
The scope encompasses the acquisition, delivery, installation, configuration, support, and maintenance of various ICT products and services, including:
