The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to undertake the renovation of the P1000 facility, ensuring the installation and upgrading of sanitaryware and associated plumbing fixtures as specified in the schedule.
The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of various sanitaryware items such as toilets, basins, urinals, sinks, and associated fixtures. The scope also encompasses the provision of necessary fittings, mixers, grab rails, and instant boiling water units as detailed in the schedule. The renovation covers all related plumbing and finishing works required to complete the installation to the specified standards.
