1. The relevant designated sector: Textile. The minimum threshold for local production and content: Textile 100%.
2. Exchange rate to be used for the calculation of local content (local content and local production are used interchangeably) must be the exchange rate published by the SARB at 12:00 on the date, one week (7 calendar days) prior to the closing date of the bid.
3. The bid will be valid for a period of 120 days after the closing date.
