The primary objective of this tender is to identify and select experienced private sector partners through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for the development of the Northlink TVET College Tygerberg Campus. The project aims to facilitate a mixed-use development that aligns with the college's strategic growth and infrastructure needs.
The scope of the project involves the development of the Northlink TVET College Tygerberg Campus as a mixed-use facility. This includes planning, designing, financing, constructing, and potentially managing the development in partnership with the college. The project is part of a broader initiative to enhance educational infrastructure and promote sustainable development in the region.
