The primary objective of this tender was to solicit proposals for the provision of aviation rotary wing maintenance and repair services on an as-and-when-required basis over a period of 60 months. The aim was to establish a service agreement to ensure ongoing maintenance and repair support for rotary wing aircraft within the specified timeframe.
