The primary objective of this tender is to secure the renewal of licenses, maintenance, and support services for Mimecast software and archive storage systems for CapeNature. The renewal covers a period of 24 months, with an optional extension of an additional 12 months, ensuring continued cybersecurity, email protection, data archiving, and related services for approximately 580 users.

The renewal must be based on current Mimecast subscription plans, including optional add-ons, with services spanning from 01 May 2026 to 30 April 2028, with provisions for performance reviews and support services.
