The primary objective of the tender is to engage a qualified service provider with relevant experience to conduct an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) over a period of 5 years. The services are intended to support the psychosocial, psychological, mental, trauma, and spiritual needs of employees and their households, including group counselling for critical incident stress debriefing.
The scope includes providing comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme services to approximately 930 staff members across the Western Cape. The services must be available throughout the Western Cape, with delivery as and when required, including:
The programme spans 5 years, with a breakdown of costs per person annually, and includes core services such as orientation training, awareness workshops, and staff wellness surveys.
