The primary objective of this tender is to establish a Capital Raising Panel for the National Empowerment Fund (NEF). The NEF aims to engage service providers who can support its efforts in raising capital to facilitate economic empowerment and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) through innovative financing and investment solutions.
The scope of the tender includes the selection of qualified service providers to form a Capital Raising Panel that will assist the NEF in raising capital. The NEF will provide detailed specifications and functional requirements in the comprehensive RFP document. The panel will support the NEF's mandate to promote inclusive growth and economic equality by providing development finance to Black-empowered South African businesses.
