The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider for the renewal of Caseware licenses for the Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) for a period of 12 months. The renewal aims to ensure continued access to Caseware Working Papers (including Connector), the GRAP Template for Public Entities, and GRAP Consolidation tools, enabling the Finance unit to prepare annual financial statements efficiently and accurately.

The service provider must be an authorized Caseware reseller and submit the necessary accreditation proof along with the quotation.
The technical requirements for the renewal include:
Failure to meet all mandatory requirements will result in disqualification from further evaluation.
