Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure catering services for 100 officials attending a workshop at the Emalahleni Banquet Hall Civic Centre in Mpumalanga. The service aims to provide quality catering, including mid-morning tea, coffee, water with scones and sandwiches, and a warm lunch, ensuring the needs of the officials are met during the event.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of catering services for a single event scheduled for 3rd November 2025, for 100 officials. The services include:

• Mid-morning tea, coffee, water, scones, and sandwiches
• Warm lunch

The services must be delivered at the specified venue in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga, on the designated date, with all associated costs, taxes, and delivery charges included in the quotation.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Provision of catering for 100 officials attending a workshop
• Serving of mid-morning tea, coffee, water, scones, and sandwiches
• Serving of a warm lunch
• Delivery to the specified venue on 3rd November 2025
• All prices must be inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes
• Quotation validity period of 90 days from the closing date
• Submission of a detailed quotation on letterhead, including item descriptions, total amounts, banking details, and CSD MAAA number

Skills Requirements

The tenderer must demonstrate:

• Experience in providing catering services for similar events
• Ability to deliver quality food and beverages within the specified timeframe
• Compliance with health and safety standards
