Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure catering services for five days in various locations within the Eastern Cape. The services include providing daily lunch menus for approximately 30 people at designated venues, ensuring timely and quality meal provision as specified in the tender documentation.

Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses:

• Provision of catering services for five separate days, each at different locations within the Eastern Cape region.
• Preparation and delivery of lunch menus consisting of rice, samp and beans, beef stew, grilled chicken, creamy spinach, butternut, salads, soft drinks, and Liqui-Fruit juices.
• Coordination with designated contact persons at each venue for smooth service delivery.
• Adherence to specified dates, locations, and number of attendees (30 people per day).

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of meals that meet the specified menu standards for each day.
• Timely delivery and setup at each venue on the scheduled dates.
• Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Availability of valid copies of BBBEE certificates and Tax Pin Certificates as part of the submission.

Skills Requirements
