The primary objective of this tender is to engage a reputable catering company capable of providing high-quality breakfast and lunch services for the International Civil Aviation Day event at Margate Airport. The service aims to ensure that all attendees, totaling 550 participants on each day, are served professionally and efficiently, maintaining the specified food standards.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of catering services for breakfast and lunch over two days (5th and 6th December 2025).
• Setup of catering stations, including folding tables and tablecloths for serving.
• Supply of water and soft drinks, including four large bins and ten ice blocks.
• Ensuring timely and professional food service for approximately 550 learners each day.
• Site inspection and potential revision of participant numbers prior to the event.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the catering services include:

• Provision of all necessary equipment such as folding tables, tablecloths, water and soft drink bins, and ice blocks.
• Setup of multiple serving stations: two for day one and three for day two.
• Delivery of food and beverages in a professional manner, adhering to quality standards.
• Availability for a site inspection to confirm setup and service readiness.
• Compliance with any additional instructions provided during the site inspection or revisions.
