Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to source a qualified and reliable training service provider to deliver the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) course and exam support. The training aims to equip the Project Officer with foundational knowledge and practical skills in project management aligned with international standards, particularly those of the Project Management Institute (PMI). The provider must facilitate the full CAPM certification process, including course delivery, exam registration, and post-training support to ensure candidates meet PMI requirements and successfully obtain the certification.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Providing PMI-accredited or PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) CAPM training courses.
• Delivering training content aligned with PMI standards, including project management fundamentals, predictive approaches, agile frameworks, business analysis principles, and the PMBOK Guide.
• Ensuring candidates obtain the required 35 contact hours of training necessary for exam eligibility.
• Supporting candidates with exam application guidance, registration assistance, and scheduling through authorized testing platforms.
• Providing course completion certificates, exam preparation resources, practice questions, and guidance on maintaining certification and professional development post-training.
• Including both the CAPM training course and exam costs in the quotation.

Technical Requirements

The service provider must meet the following technical requirements:

• Be accredited by PMI or be a PMI Authorized Training Partner.
• Deliver training aligned with PMI standards and the PMBOK Guide.
• Provide comprehensive training materials, presentations, and reference resources consistent with PMI standards.
• Support candidates in obtaining the 35 contact hours of training required for exam eligibility.
• Assist with exam application, registration, and scheduling processes.
• Offer post-training support, including exam preparation resources, practice questions, and guidance on certification maintenance.
• Ensure the training program prepares candidates effectively for the CAPM examination and certification.

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in delivering PMI-accredited project management training programs.
• Expertise in project management principles, including familiarity with PMI standards and the PMBOK Guide.
• Ability to provide comprehensive training materials, reference guides, and practice resources.
• Capability to support candidates through the entire certification process, including application, exam scheduling, and post-exam support.
• Strong communication and instructional skills to effectively deliver training and guidance.
• Experience in preparing candidates for PMI certifications, particularly CAPM and PMP.
