Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to supply 1,000 Christmas grocery gift vouchers valued at R500 each to vulnerable groups within the Greater Kokstad Municipality. Scope

• Delivering the vouchers in a manner that aligns with municipal guidelines and project timelines.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that:

• The service provider must supply 1,000 R500 grocery gift vouchers, redeemable at local stores within Kokstad.
• Vouchers must be valid and available for use during December 2025, with the possibility of the municipality determining the exact period.
• The provider must ensure the vouchers are for food and grocery products only, excluding non-food items.
