Special Conditions:
Bidders shall be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and should have an active CIDB Contractor grading of 4GB or higher. Potential emerging bidders with 3GB PE and lower will not be eligible to bid.
One original completed bid document shall be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked: CDC/257/19 – Construction of an Early Childhood Development Centre (ECDC) at Enkelabantwana Primary School”.
