The primary objective of this tender is to engage capable contractors to complete the construction of the Open Gate Special School in Umgungundlovu District, KwaZulu-Natal. The project aims to finish existing incomplete buildings, develop new facilities, upgrade external areas, and establish sports and recreational fields, ensuring the school is fully operational within a 24-month period.
