The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a consultant to lead and support a Business Transformation Initiative over a period of 24 months. The aim is to facilitate organizational change, improve operational efficiency, and implement strategic improvements within the department or public entity.
The scope includes providing expert consultancy services for the entire duration of 24 months, focusing on business transformation activities. The consultant will be responsible for assessing current processes, designing transformation strategies, and supporting implementation efforts to achieve desired organizational outcomes.
