The primary objective of the tender is to provide consulting engineering services for the development and implementation of a community development project, including small contractor training and capacity building along the R56 Section 2 from km 0 to km 30 in Steynsburg. The services aim to facilitate infrastructure development, community upliftment, and capacity enhancement for local contractors.
