The primary objective of this tender is to outsource a qualified CIDB Grade 6EP or higher service provider to facilitate the relocation of the Thaba Tshwane Artillery Road 11kV Sub-station. The scope includes construction, electrical, civil works, testing, commissioning, and skills transfer to Department of Defence personnel, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient transition to a new site.
