The primary objective of this tender is to engage suitably qualified and experienced debt collection service providers to assist Casidra SOC Ltd in recovering outstanding debts efficiently, lawfully, and professionally. The aim is to ensure effective debt recovery while upholding confidentiality, ethical standards, and customer service quality.
The scope involves providing professional debt collection services on an as-and-when-required basis. Service providers will be responsible for recovering debts owed to Casidra in a manner that aligns with legal and ethical standards, supporting the company's financial recovery efforts.
