  •  MANDATORY CRITERIA:

Osindisweni Hospital: Repairs to collapsed roof

  • Proof of working capital earmarked for the project of not less than 2,5% of the offer. Proof in the form of bank statements or letter from any reputable financial institution.
  • Fully priced Bills of Quantities. Volume 2 of 2 of the bid document must be fully priced and submitted with the bid at the closing date of tenders. Letters of credit references from suppliers and credit limits with a minimum of R 250 000. (minimum of two reference letters required)
  • Detailed schedule of resources at all levels including submission of a detailed organogram of the company, including listing on the organogram, the resources within the company that will be dedicated to the project under consideration.
  • Schedule of years of experience by key personnel as listed on the organogram on similar projects – curriculum vitae’s with qualifications to be submitted.
  • Schedule of projects of similar nature undertaken and successfully completed within the applicable CIDB grading of this bid in the past 5 years by bidding entity. Letters of award and practical completion certificates for projects completed in the proceeding years – minimum of 1 project.
  • Letter of intent to provide a construction guarantee to a value of 5% of the contract amount.
