Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to design, supply, and deliver high-quality 3D printed models representing renewable energy technologies. These models aim to serve educational and demonstration purposes by accurately depicting biogas digesters, wind turbines, boreholes, and associated farm landscapes.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Designing detailed 3D models of a farm landscape incorporating a biogas digester, wind turbines, borehole with a solar panel, and farm elements such as cattle, crops, and roads.
• Creating a portable, lightweight model with specified dimensions and features, including handles for easy transport.
• Producing a separate, smaller biogas digester model inspired by provided sketches, with specific stability and portability requirements.
• Submitting design drawings for approval prior to 3D printing.
• Providing samples or images of previous work, along with user instructions and support documentation upon delivery.

Technical Requirements

The models must adhere to the following technical specifications:

• The farm landscape model must have a maximum footprint of 750x500x30mm, include a base with handles, and be in full colour.
• The biogas digester model must have a maximum footprint of 200x200x10mm, be stable without support, and be in colour.
• All models must be made from durable, high-quality materials suitable for frequent handling and display.
• Design drawings must be submitted within 10 business days for ARC approval before printing.
• The final models must meet all specified dimensions, features, and colour accuracy.
• A minimum 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects is required.

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and printing technologies.
• Experience in designing detailed, accurate models of renewable energy technologies and farm landscapes.
• Ability to produce durable, high-quality prototypes suitable for handling and display.
• Capability to submit detailed design drawings for review and obtain approval prior to production.
• Provision of samples or portfolio showcasing previous relevant work.
• Ability to provide basic user instructions and technical support documentation upon delivery.
