The primary objective of this tender is to develop comprehensive policies and frameworks including Risk Management Policies, ICT Policies, ICT Governance Framework, Disaster Recovery Plan, and Fraud Prevention Plan/Strategy for the William Humphreys Art Gallery (WHAG). These documents aim to enhance the gallery's governance, risk mitigation, ICT management, disaster preparedness, and fraud prevention measures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
The scope of work involves:
The service provider will collaborate with WHAG management, present the developed policies to the Council, and deliver all documentation, which will remain the property of WHAG.
