The primary objective of this tender is to undertake disaster intervention works related to water and wastewater infrastructure damaged by floods. Specifically, the scope includes cleaning of weirs and rehabilitation of access roads at various water treatment works (WTWs) within the Zululand District Municipality, with a focus on the Nkosentsha WTW project.

Additional projects under the same tender include rehabilitation and restoration works at other WTWs and access roads within the district, such as Belgrade WTW, Ceza WTW, Nkonjeni WTW, and Ophuzane WTW, each with specific scope details.
