The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of qualified legal services providers to support the Government Technical Advisory Centre (GTAC) over a period of five (5) years. The panel aims to facilitate access to diverse legal expertise across multiple categories, ensuring efficient, effective, and transparent legal support for GTAC’s operations and projects.
The scope encompasses the provision of a wide range of legal services across various categories, including but not limited to:
The services involve drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal agreements, providing legal advice on legislative and regulatory matters, supporting infrastructure projects (e.g., PPPs, concession agreements), handling litigation and arbitration, advising on capital markets and compliance, and offering cross-cutting legal support including environmental law, international law, and regulatory compliance.
