The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of professional service providers to support the Eastern Cape Rural Development Agency (ECRDA) in project packaging and investment mobilisation. The panel aims to facilitate the development of bankable, investment-ready projects, improve implementation turnaround times, structure projects to attract various funding sources, and reduce dependence on government fiscal support.
