The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of ten (10) qualified property developers with experience in property development. These developers will be registered on a database to develop catalytic property projects in Tlokoeng, Nqanqarhu, and Ugie over a period of three years, focusing on long-term or commercial leases without guaranteed quantum of work. The projects aim to enhance urban development, attract investment, improve social services, and promote economic growth in the targeted areas.
The scope of work is limited to capability assessment and eligibility verification of prospective developers. There is no specific scope of work or deliverables outlined at this stage; only the assessment of developers' capacity to undertake property development projects as per the eligibility criteria. Selected developers will be invited for limited bidding on specific property categories after their inclusion in the panel.
