The primary objective of this tender is to facilitate the process of obtaining learner and driver's licences for municipal workers over an 18-month period.
The scope includes providing facilitation services to assist municipal workers in acquiring learner and driver’s licences. The services are to be delivered over an 18-month period, with the successful bidder responsible for managing the licensing process for eligible municipal employees.
